A friend and I went on a pretty cool hike today that involved crossing the Mispec River with our shoes off and pant cuffs rolled up to our knees. Below a few photos along the river and of my damp, post-crossing feet.

McAdam, NB

Once again I am deviating from the blog theme and posting some non-coastal photos. These are two shots I took today in McAdam, NB. The first is of the historic McAdam Train Station and the other is of a little lake in McAdam. I just missed getting a shot of a turtle while walking on the trail in McAdam where I took these photos - I am apparently slower than a turtle.
